Lucy was our first "good" French Brittany. Lucy from day one was the teacher and I was the student. I owe her most of what I know and understand about bird dogs to her. She was a very strong trial dog but a much better hunter. She is a slow, close working dog that doesn't make mistakes. When she isn't in the field she is most happy to be sitting in your lap or next to the table waiting for some food to hit the floor.
Lucy has produced three Grandchampions of the field and two other champions. She has been our "golden egg" producer.
She will forever be missed. I can truly say I owned a once in a life time dog.
